SolidHR

SolidHR is a Nuxt 4-based talent recruitment platform focused on Africa's maritime and logistics industry. It connects pre-verified professionals with employers through an intelligent AI-powered matching system that considers skills, experience, certifications, and employer requirements to surface the best candidates.

The platform features a comprehensive multi-step onboarding wizard for both candidates and recruiters. Candidates build detailed profiles with educational background, work experience, skills tags, professional certifications, and resume uploads. The role-based system supports two main user types: candidates searching for jobs and recruiters/employers posting openings and searching for talent.

Authentication is handled through Keycloak (OAuth2/OpenID Connect) with support for Google and LinkedIn social login. The platform includes email and phone verification, professional summary/bio creation, and a verification hub for account validation. Pinia stores manage state across the multi-step profile setup flow, and the API layer features automatic token injection, request deduplication, response caching, and file upload with progress tracking.
